Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct group classes with technical quality, energy, and safety, promoting engagement, motivation, and results while delivering a positive experience aligned with Mr. Move’s culture. Teach scheduled group classes (functional training, abdominal, GAP, jump, step, stretching, relaxation, etc.); Plan dynamic, safe, and student-profile-appropriate classes; Ensure correct movement execution and injury prevention; Encourage student participation, attendance, and engagement; Create a motivating, inclusive, and welcoming environment; Organize materials and equipment before and after classes; Adhere to scheduled class times, rosters, and durations; Support internal initiatives promoting group classes; Collaborate with technical, sales, and reception teams; Represent the Mr. Move brand with professionalism and positive energy.
