Responsible for ensuring that all materials required and requested for preventive maintenance are available at the work sites. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issuing material requests to the warehouse; * Monitoring the quality of received materials; * Requesting material warranties; * Defining quality and quantity parameters; * Requesting materials from the warehouse; * Controlling emergency spare parts inventory; * Distributing/delivering materials to maintenance areas; * Receiving suppliers; * Verifying compliance upon receipt; * Monitoring warranty processes; * Requesting material registration; * Tracking in ENGEMAN service orders with status "awaiting materials". **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required; * Technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Metallurgical Engineering is desirable. Assessment of material requirements based on maintenance plans, service orders, and emergency demands. Interpretation of mechanical drawings, technical catalogs, and spare parts lists to correctly identify parts and components. Technical specification of mechanical materials (bearings, bushings, drums, belts, shafts, hydraulic components, bolts, etc.). Verification of technical compatibility between requested items and existing equipment, ensuring standards and interchangeability. Interaction with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications, submission of sketches, identification of alternatives, and validation of specifications. Control of minimum and safety stock levels, suggesting replenishments and preventing stockouts. Technical support to the warehouse, ensuring correct receipt, inspection, and storage of materials. Support to maintenance planning, ensuring material kits for major shutdowns, scheduled interventions, and critical services. Desirable Technical Competencies: Knowledge of industrial mechanics, rotating components, and mining/plant equipment. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using manufacturer catalogs. Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems (SAP, TOTVS, SISMAT or similar). Understanding of material costs and criticality for decision-making.
