Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous full-stack developer to build and maintain end-to-end features in ShellHub, rapidly resolve production issues, and contribute to a high-standard open-source project. Focus on real-world networking challenges and continuous technical learning **ShellHub** is an open-source platform for remote access to Linux devices and servers. We are a small, focused team that delivers quickly with minimal headcount. We seek a **full-stack** developer who delivers end-to-end features and acts immediately when things break. In our team, there is no "that's not my job". You own the problem from investigation through resolution. What You'll Do * Develop and maintain features in the backend (Go) and frontend (React) * Resolve production issues rapidly * Contribute to an open-source project used worldwide by developers and DevOps teams * During periods without urgent demands, work on refactoring, technical debt, and testing Required * Linux: solid system-level knowledge—not just as a user * Go * React + TypeScript * PostgreSQL * Docker / containers * Debugging and resolving issues under pressure * Technical English Nice-to-Have * Networking / SSH * WebSocket / RPC * CI/CD, GitHub Actions * Experience using AI tools in development (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) Who You Are * Autonomous: investigate, decide, and act without constant direction. * Calm under pressure: incidents sharpen your focus—they don’t paralyze you. * Clear communicator: a small team leaves no room for noise. * Curious: you pursue root causes—not just symptoms. **Don’t expect:** Simple CRUD applications, legacy codebases, or projects without code review. **Do expect:** Real-world networking problems, high-standard open-source code, rigorous reviews, automated tests, and continuous technical learning.
