Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with applicable standards within the organization; Organize and control documents and records, maintaining up-to-date versions and ensuring their availability to relevant departments and our management system (Qualiex); Monitor performance indicators, populate spreadsheets and systems, and support result analysis; Assist in investigating incidents (Nonconformities), collecting data, and developing action plans (5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA); Support internal and external audits, prepare evidence, track schedules, and record any deviations; Conduct quality inspections and rounds to verify process compliance and adherence to good practices; Collaborate in quality training sessions and campaigns, distributing materials, attendance lists, and evaluations; Respond to departmental requests, clarifying questions related to quality management, documentation, and quality tools; Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and minutes of committee and working group meetings; Monitor deadlines for corrective and preventive actions, follow up with responsible parties, and update the system; Support continuous improvement programs, such as process analysis, standardization, and mapping. 2512140202201920233
