This covers supplier selection, food quality control, menu development, implementation of hygiene and food safety practices (e.g., Good Practices and SOPs), and team management. Key responsibilities: Develop menus; Develop and implement technical specifications for food preparations; Plan logistics for purchasing food, equipment, and other supplies; Draft and implement the Good Practice Manual and Unit-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Organize food and other supply receipt and storage; Supervise pre-preparation, preparation, and food distribution stages; Manage costs, inventory, and personnel as team leader; Ensure nutritional and sanitary quality of produced foods; Supervise compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; Monitor and evaluate team performance; Enhance and update staff competencies through training; Adapt unit physical facilities to production needs and food safety requirements; Address and manage issues and unforeseen events, such as supply shortages or structural problems; Monitor product quality and compliance with food regulations and sanitary surveillance. ### **Prerequisites** Preference for professionals already graduated in nutrition; however, candidates currently enrolled must be in their final semester. ### **Benefits** Health insurance, dental insurance, meals provided at work ### **Notes** Work schedule: Monday to Friday Applications for this opportunity are open until **12/01/2025** #### **About the Company** Welcome to BCMG.
