Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for programming, testing, and maintaining computer programs, using requirement gathering and analysis as the basis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Orbital Remote Sensing and Aerial Photogrammetry 2. Knowledge of web and mobile programming with React/React Native 3. Familiarity with GIS systems such as GeoServer and ArcGIS Server Orbital Remote Sensing (satellite imagery) and its processing; Aerial Photogrammetry and Laser Profiling (LiDAR); Multi-purpose Technical Registers (urban and rural); Thematic Mapping (land use and land cover, among others); Surveying and Geodesy; Geographic Information Systems (supply, development, and support); Training. We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for programming, testing, and maintaining computer programs, using requirement gathering and analyses performed by systems analysts as supporting inputs. REQUIREMENTS Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails; Intermediate knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; Intermediate knowledge of frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue; Advanced knowledge of React or React Native; Knowledge of configuration and usage of GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server tools; Knowledge of APIs for communication with GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server; Experience with georeferenced databases, especially PostGIS; Experience with the OpenLayers or Leaflet libraries.
