




Job Summary: This professional will provide daily operational support, manage communication between departments and external parties, and contribute to innovation in operational processes. Identification of improvements and innovation in operational processes Main Responsibilities: Provide daily operational support, interact with colleagues, record absences and medical certificates, open job vacancies, organize documents, schedule dismissals, monitor vacations, and handle daily external services in coordination with the Operations Coordination team. Responsible for managing communication among different departments and external parties, ensuring efficient information flow. Creation and maintenance of databases, reports, and spreadsheets on organizational and financial metrics are part of the responsibilities. The assistant must also identify areas for improvement and contribute to innovation in operational processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Knowledge of operational and administrative routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; Familiarity with operational management systems; ERP Sênior experience is a plus; Essential skills include organization, effective communication, and analytical ability; Experience in facilities services outsourcing is preferred; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
