We are seeking an **Engineering Manager** to join a **technology and digital product development company** undergoing growth and organizational structuring. The core focus of this role is to **lead and develop the engineering team**, ensuring cadence, quality, and alignment between strategy and execution. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop people, conducting 1:1s, feedback sessions, and development plans. * Ensure delivery predictability by organizing ceremonies and prioritization activities. * Collaborate closely with Product and Technical Leadership to balance business value and technical excellence. * Monitor performance, flow, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Cultivate a collaborative, healthy, and highly engaged work environment. * Translate strategic objectives into clear and actionable initiatives. **Requirements:** * Degree in technology-related fields (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines). * Prior experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Leader. * **Minimum of 3 years** leading engineering teams. * Experience with agile methodologies and tracking tools. * Strong communication skills, systemic thinking, and focus on sustainable outcomes. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with engineering metrics (e.g., DORA). * Background in digital product, technology, or gaming companies. * English or Spanish proficiency. **What We Offer:** * PJ Contract (Individual Legal Entity) * Salary: BRL 10,000.00 to BRL 15,000.00, based on experience and seniority * Year-End Bonus: One month’s salary, prorated by months worked (1 year = one full salary) * 30 days of paid vacation * Meal allowance via **Flash Card** * Birthday day off * Professional and learning access to **ChatGPT Plus** * Access to courses on **Coursera** and **Udemy** * Access to the company’s **book library** * Daily coffee, fruits, and cookies * **On-site - Londrina, PR** * Work model: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week), with flexible schedules: * 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) * 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
