




Job Summary: Professional responsible for attendance control, document organization, administrative support, and support for the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Support in data surveys and mapping 2. Maintenance of area controls 3. Support for the operational team Job Description: • Monitor employee attendance records • Receive, organize, and manage time sheets • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and track physical access authorizations • Request and track virtual access creation • Receive and dispatch document mailings • Sort and organize uniforms and PPEs for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data surveys and mapping • Maintain updated area controls: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. • Provide additional administrative support to the area • Respond to requests from the Analyst regarding data survey requests • Provide support to the operational team in handling incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules • Request password resets for Conbras staff (Client interface) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (Client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Food Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance
