Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Mid-level Fullstack Java Developer to support and evolve applications, develop backend services, and ensure code quality in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support and evolution of whitelabel-based applications 2. Development and maintenance of backend services (Java and Node.js) 3. Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams, with focus on architecture FCamara is looking for a **Fullstack** **Java\- Mid-level** professional. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support and evolve whitelabel-based applications; * Analyze existing systems technically and propose improvements; * Develop and maintain backend services (Java and Node.js); * Support technical analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution; * Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews; * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams; * Contribute to the gradual evolution of system architecture and stability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements:** * Experience with Java (11\+) and Spring Boot; * Experience with Node.js; * Experience with REST APIs and service integrations; * Experience with microservices architecture; * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably GCP); * Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes); * Experience maintaining and evolving existing systems (legacy or third-party). **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with React; * Knowledge of GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub); * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, APM); * Experience with security practices (OWASP, Snyk, etc.); * Experience in multi\-stack environments. **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Analytical ability and problem-solving focus; * Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers; * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; * Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
