Conduct needs assessments for each company to correctly configure the system. Perform necessary software parameterization, integrations, and adjustments. Train users and stakeholders on platform functionalities. Monitor the implementation schedule, ensuring on-time deliveries. Identify process improvements and support the creation of supporting materials. Record activities, client statuses, and implementation stages in the CRM or internal tools. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams to ensure efficient, high-impact delivery.
