Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior professional to work with Angular/React/Java/AWS, responsible for creating and maintaining both frontend graphical features and backend functionality, integrating multiple technologies. Collaborating in agile teams and promoting DevOps culture **What We Are Looking For:** A Senior-level professional experienced with **(Angular/React/Java/AWS).** **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for creating and/or maintaining the application's graphical features; key duties include developing, integrating, maintaining, and testing user interfaces; * Designing, implementing, and maintaining backend applications using Java Spring Boot and Python; * Creating and consuming REST APIs following best practices in design, security, and scalability; * Developing and sustaining microservice-based and distributed applications, ensuring high availability and low latency; * Integrating and managing message flows using services such as Kafka, SQS, and SNS; * Building and managing cloud applications on AWS, utilizing services including RDS MySQL, DynamoDB, Lambda, ECS Fargate, ElasticCache Redis, API Gateway, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, KMS, among others; * Implementing optimized and secure solutions to meet large-scale data processing demands; * Working with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration and management of distributed environments; * Writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code reliability; * Contributing to the implementation of quality best practices and test coverage; * Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CodeCommit, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild; * Automating integration, testing, and continuous delivery processes to increase delivery efficiency; * Collaborating in agile teams applying Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies; * Promoting DevOps culture by contributing to automation, integration, and continuous delivery; * Performing evolutionary and corrective maintenance on existing systems, proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce complexity; * Monitoring application performance and proactively implementing enhancements; * Participating, when necessary, in frontend interface development using Angular Microfront\-End for integration with backend solutions. **Requirements:** * Professional with solid expertise in Frontend development; the bank’s current strategy prioritizes building new digital journeys in Web View using React with SSG (Static Site Generation), gradually replacing the previous SPA-based model built with Angular; * Practical experience in projects and teams applying agile practices; * Solid hands-on experience with React 18\+ (360i stack), especially with Next.js (including App Router and SSG); * Angular 14\+ for understanding and supporting legacy journey migration; * Familiarity with modular architecture, componentization, and best practices for WebView development; * Experience with native communication (native\-communication) and integration with internal SDKs such as Analytics SDK; * Java SpringBoot, Python, AWS; * Concepts of microservices and distributed applications; * Unit testing; * Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes; * Cloud AWS development: RDS MySQL and DynamoDB, AWS Lambda using Python, ECS Fargate, Elastic Cache Redis, API Gateway, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, KMS, etc; * Messaging Services: Kafka, SQS, SNS; * CI/CD experience (CodeCommit, CodePipeline, CodeBuild); * Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Lean concepts. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with Server\-Side Rendering (SSR) and WebComponents; * Ability to operate effectively in multi-enabler environments (StackSpot, DesignOps, Builders Hub); * Knowledge of governance frameworks for WebView vs. Native usage, considering criteria such as performance, security, and accessibility. **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions**, pursuing quality across all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
