To help drive the tech ecosystem forward with us, learn more about our **Senior Technology Manifesto**. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We are seeking a Software Quality Analyst to join a development squad responsible for Mega ERP’s Backoffice solutions, including the Tax, Sales, Materials, and Finance modules. We use agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams composed of Product Owners, Developers, and QAs, always focused on delivering high-quality, valuable solutions to our customers. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in validating features, ensuring delivery quality, and continuously improving our products. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, execute, and monitor functional and integration tests. * Validate features and business rules across ERP modules. * Set up and maintain test environments, performing necessary configurations for solution validation. * Identify, log, and track defects. * Validate integrations via WebServices (SOAP) and REST APIs. * Collaborate closely with developers and Product Owners to ensure delivery quality. * Support defining and evolving the squad’s quality processes. * Generate indicators, metrics, and insights to support continuous product improvement. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Solid experience with Mega ERP; * Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining test environments; * Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and DML commands; * Knowledge of software testing and corporate system validation; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR CANDIDACY:** * Experience using Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity and accelerate deliveries; * Knowledge of the Tax, Materials, Sales, and Finance modules; * Understanding of Tax Reform; * Familiarity with test automation tools; * Knowledge of Java for automation within the FAST framework; * Experience with API testing and automation; * Experience with quality management, indicators, dashboards, and metrics; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields. **Our Benefits:** * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * PPLR \- Profit and Results Sharing; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and benefits; * TotalPass \- Gym and Wellness Benefit; * OnHappy \- Travel Benefits; * Banked Hours; * Citizen Company: Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Newborn Assistance; * PET Assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career Development Plan. **Our Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
