Preparation for future role as Project Analyst **Description** We are seeking a Project Intern for supporting document management activities, organization of collaborative environments, information flow control, and monitoring of suppliers and project deliverables. The position involves active participation in administrative and technical routines, directly contributing to project progress and information standardization. As the intern demonstrates autonomy, they will be introduced to more complex tasks, such as project coordination and preparation of technical reports, preparing\-them for a future role as Project Analyst. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Document and Digital Environment Management** Folder structuring in the file repository/collaborative environment Registration of designers involved in the collaborative environment Document registration in the repository Folder structuring in the internal drive File download/organization/control of standardized naming conventions **Communication and Information Flow** Scheduling of meetings Meeting minutes Email tracking Analysis of comments in project databases **Support for Project and Supplier Management** Monitoring and validation of project deliverables Development and tracking of project schedules Requesting proposals / revisions Tracking and control of proposals DWG file overlays **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Engineering (Civil, Production, Architecture or related fields), Architecture and Urban Planning, Project Management, or related programs. Strong written communication skills and organizational ability. Interest in project management, processes, and technical documentation. Familiarity with digital work environments.
