Team management and control of concrete pouring processes Description: * Proven experience in projects involving exposed concrete and/or post-tensioned concrete. * History of involvement in high-technical-demand institutional projects. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, shoring, and concrete finishing. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Execute high-complexity technical projects, especially those involving exposed concrete structures. * Work on institutional projects (e.g., Sesc units or similar), ensuring compliance with architectural requirements. * Control concrete pour joints, formwork panel layout, shoring lines, and re-shoring; ensure uniform concrete finish and adequate structural protection during curing. * Plan and execute concrete pouring stages using continuous panels, including special formwork, appropriate form release agents, and precise concrete mix control. * Coordinate with designers, inspection teams, and suppliers. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate reading and interpretation of structural and architectural drawings. 2512040202181901228
