Interested in a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and automate systems in on\-premises and cloud environments, incorporating principles of reliability, resilience, efficiency, high availability, and security. * Enhance environment resilience by ensuring improved performance, scalability, availability, quality, monitoring, and alerts; * Design, plan, and implement technology processes and/or solutions based on data, critical thinking, and attention to detail for prioritization and decision-making; * Develop applications, components, and APIs to support other teams or improve SRE team management; * Actively participate in crisis and incident resolution; * Build processes and best practices to develop, promote, and evolve the reliability mindset; * Identify needs and understand security requirements for continuous product improvement; * Monitor, develop, and manage continuous delivery via the DevOps pipeline, promoting tool integration and machine provisioning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Shell Script or Python; * Experience with microservices architecture; * Experience with CI/CD processes (Jenkins and Groovy); * Experience with infrastructure and networking; * Experience with container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker); * Experience with Linux and Windows Server; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, especially contexts involving EMR and Lambda); * Experience with access management and IAM policies, vaults; * Experience with highly available and highly scalable production systems; * Knowledge of messaging architecture (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ); * Knowledge of monitoring and observability for distributed systems.
