As a **Staff Network Engineer**, you operate at the intersection of **vision and execution**, connecting strategy defined by the Principal Engineer to team delivery. This is a **hands-on technical leadership role**, responsible for leading **complex end-to-end network projects**, ensuring quality, stability, and compliance with financial system requirements. You don’t just execute—you **define how to deliver, unblock the team, and ensure operational technical standards**. **Summary of Responsibilities.** * Lead **high-complexity network projects**, from design through operation (implementation, testing, and documentation); * Operate and evolve the **RSFN infrastructure**, including channels, routing, and contingency; * Design and maintain the **AWS network architecture** (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and interconnectivity); * Develop and enhance **network automation** (provisioning, monitoring, alerting, and recovery); * Create and maintain **audit-ready runbooks and operational playbooks**; * Independently lead **technical projects**, supporting architectural decisions alongside the Principal Engineer; * Mentor engineers (Senior and Specialist), promoting continuous technical advancement. **Technical Requirements.** * Significant experience in network engineering, with proven work on complex production projects; * Expertise in **AWS Networking** (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, Security Groups); * Deep knowledge of **routing (BGP), switching, and enterprise firewalls**; * Experience with **network automation** (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar); * Ability to lead **multidisciplinary projects** involving varying levels of seniority. **Nice-to-Haves.** * Production experience with **RSFN or connectivity to the Central Bank**; * Certifications such as **CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking**, or equivalents; * Experience working in **regulated financial institutions** with critical infrastructure. **Additional Information.** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Av.
