Job Summary: The Senior Project Analyst (PMO) manages and leads cross-functional commercial projects to optimize deliverables, enhance operational efficiency, and align with the organization’s strategic vision. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on implementation of the New SOFTYS CRM with shared governance 2. Project, risk, and governance management 3. Cross-functional coordination and integration This year’s focus will be the **New SOFTYS CRM Implementation Project**, where governance will be conducted jointly with the IT team. The Senior Project Analyst (PMO) is responsible for managing and leading cross-functional commercial projects within an organization, aiming to optimize deliverables, promote operational efficiency, and ensure alignment of projects with the organization’s strategic vision. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cross-functional coordination and integration * Promotion of a systemic perspective on topics * Project, risk, and governance management * Executive committee coordination * Development of integrated processes * Preparation of executive presentations * Ensuring alignment between project definitions and business requirements **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering(s), Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields) * Understanding of project feasibility and other financial analyses * Strong ability to create project follow-up presentations * Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel) \+ project management software (e.g., Project, Monday.com, Trello, etc.), Microsoft Office / Google Workspace **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency; * Experience in consumer goods companies; * Experience working with senior leadership.
