




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional in Operational Modeling to lead the evolution of digital resilience, integrating processes, roles, tools, and promoting the adoption of agile and DevSecOps practices. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on initiatives to enhance the company's digital resilience. 2. Lead the Operational Model Chapter and integrate technology COEs. 3. Promote the adoption of Team Design, management rituals, and DevSecOps practices. We seek an experienced professional in Operational Model implementation to act as a partner focused on initiatives to enhance the company's digital resilience. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Develop, maintain, and disseminate the Technology Operational Model (processes, roles, team taxonomy, tool integrations, and metrics). * Lead the Operational Model Chapter, integrating COEs (Architecture, Security, SRE, ITSM) and engineering representatives to maintain the reference model. * Map, model, and integrate the end-to-end Digital Product Development flow, connecting Jira, Tech Store (IDP), and PortoSDM (ITSM). * Define team taxonomy based on Spotify (Squad, Tribe, Chapter, Guild) and Team Topologies (Stream\-aligned, Platform, Enablement, Complicated Subsystem). * Support the adoption of Team Design, management rituals (Portfolio, Tribe, Team), and DevSecOps practices with agilists, engineers, and tech leads. * Collaborate with the Governance Management Office (GMO) for gap analysis, upskill/reskill plans, and institutionalization of the model across business verticals. * Ensure generation and dissemination of flow, quality, and effort metrics; serve as the focal point for questions during rollout. **Technical Requirements and Experience:** -------------------------------------- * Robust experience (ideally 5+ years) in digital/technological or organizational transformation programs. * Proven track record working with technical audiences (engineering, security, architecture) and non-technical stakeholders (business, executives). * Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and agile scaling. * Deep knowledge of the Spotify Model and Team Topologies for team design. * Implementation of DevSecOps pipelines and tool integration (Jira, GitHub, ITSM — e.g., ServiceNow). * Experience with Lean Portfolio Management, OKRs, and measuring transformation success. * Instrumentation of flow metrics (Lead Time, MTTR, Deployment Frequency, etc.). * Preferred: background in traditional project management (PMBOK/Prince2\). **Behavioral Skills:** -------------------------------- * Clear communication, empathy, and active listening. * Ability to translate technical topics into executive language and influence diverse stakeholders. * Organization and discipline to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. * Proactivity, autonomy, and focus on high-impact deliverables. * Systemic and strategic vision, combined with attention to detail.
