Budgeting Process and Rolling Forecast Execution: Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget, as well as the Rolling Forecast, including variance analysis and proposal of necessary adjustments. Technical expertise in balance sheets, income statements, projections, cash flow analysis, and valuation; Strong accounting background and financial modeling experience; Prepare managerial, accounting, and financial reports to monitor Actual vs. Budget performance. Prepare and deliver executive presentations summarizing key financial metrics, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership. Analyze, interpret, and forecast financial performance, with focus on income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements of business units. Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR, and corporate teams); Point of contact for shareholder requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is essential that you have:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
