Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst with experience in functional and business analysis to strategically engage in mapping, redesigning, and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Bridging business, operational, and technological needs. **Who We Are Looking For** We seek a Process Analyst with experience in functional and business analysis to strategically perform process mapping, redesign, and optimization, connecting business, operational, and technological needs. The professional will be responsible for understanding client-area requirements, building AS\-IS and TO\-BE visions, documenting business rules and functional specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Map and document current processes (As Is) and propose improvements (To Be) aligned with organizational strategy. * Conduct business and system requirements gathering and analysis, bridging technical and non-technical areas. * Develop functional documentation, workflows, business rules, and system integrations. * Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of needs. * Ensure coherence between the business process and the implemented technological solution. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in process, business, and functional analysis. * Experience in process mapping (BPMN) and tools such as Bizagi, Miro, Visio, etc. * Experience in requirements elicitation, customer journey design, and functional documentation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data architecture (a plus). * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and conversations related to our business.
