Contribute to team architecture and technical decisions. We are looking for a .NET Developer to work onsite at our office in the Faria Lima region. We seek a hands\-on professional with a solid technical background and strong communication skills, capable of working both on development and on understanding business rules and interacting with users. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using the .NET / .NET Core ecosystem. Work on integrations, messaging, and asynchronous processing using RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar technologies. Write SQL queries, scripts, and data models. Support automation and routine tasks using Python when necessary. Actively participate in requirements gathering with business areas and end users. Document and keep functional documentation up to date. Support definition of rules, workflows, and technical best practices. Contribute to team architecture and technical decisions. **Requirements:** Technical Requirements Proven experience with .NET / .NET Core. Knowledge of RabbitMQ, SQS, or other messaging and queuing tools. Proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, modeling). Practical knowledge of Python for automation or complementary services. Experience with REST APIs, distributed services, and software development best practices. Behavioral Requirements / Profile Strong communication skills with end users and business areas. Analytical ability to define business rules and understand processes. Organizational skills for functional documentation, requirement tracking, and delivery follow-up. Proactive and collaborative attitude in daily operations.
