We are looking for a **MarTech Coordinator**, who will lead marketing data operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and governance of integrated data assets, while also coordinating the team and bridging business requirements with technical direction — guaranteeing efficient and scalable deliverables. **\_RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Act as a tactical bridge between MarTech operations and area strategy**, coordinating execution, standardization, and evolution of integration, governance, and data validation processes — ensuring operational quality, alignment with squads, and clear inputs for strategic decision-making by the Head of the area. * **Coordination of MarTech operations:** Organize, prioritize, and monitor the execution of tasks by MarTech Analysts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, and compliance with defined standards. * **Standardization of processes and best practices:** Structure, document, and evolve standards for data integration, processing, governance, and validation — elevating the operational maturity of the area. * **Ensuring data quality and reliability:** Serve as the tactical owner of integrated data quality — monitoring validations, identifying risks, and ensuring data consistency used in measurement projects. * **Tactical interface with squads and Account Management:** Act as the focal point for the MarTech area with Squad Leads and Account Management — organizing requests, aligning expectations, and translating business needs into operational guidance. * **Escalation and interface with the Head of the area:** Consolidate status, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities from operations to support the Head of MarTech in strategic decision-making and planning for the area’s evolution. * **Continuous operation and analyst development:** Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and routines, while supporting the technical and operational development of team analysts. * **Management of documentation and technical knowledge:** Ensure technical documentation remains up-to-date (e.g., Notion or similar tools), guaranteeing alignment, continuity, and scalability of operations. * **Support for product and measurement evolution:** Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams, bringing operational learnings to support improvements in the platform and the foundational measurement models. **\_REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
