Participation in agile ceremonies and optimization of test coverage **What We Are Looking For:** =================== A **Junior/Mid-Level QA** professional to work on a project involving complex and scalable systems. **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Identify quality impacts by developing and executing automation scripts (UI, API, and Integration), leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate code writing. * Plan and implement automation strategies, using AI to assist in generating synthetic test data and complex test scenarios. * Participate in agile ceremonies, utilizing intelligent tools for risk analysis and test coverage optimization. * Analyze logs and results, applying diagnostic techniques for rapid root cause identification and support to the development team. * Document and evolve quality processes, exploring new tools and trends in AI-Assisted Testing. **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Availability to work in a hybrid mode. * Solid experience in automation with Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python. * Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or Karate). * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git. * Practical knowledge of AI (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance productivity in automation. **Nice-to-Haves:** ================= * Familiarity with AI-based QA tools (e.g., self-healing tools or intelligent visual testing tools). * Basic knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, k6) and security testing (OWASP). * Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering applied to test case generation and technical documentation. **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is collaborative in their responsibilities; * Has the courage to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into creative solutions and pursues quality throughout their daily routine; * Possesses strong problem-solving skills; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and managing their own time; * Is interested in tackling adversarial and innovative situations within the technology domain.
