Flexible working hours **Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals for the role of **Generative AI Engineer (Python \& LLMs) – Inclusive for People with Disabilities** to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience in Python development applied to data or artificial intelligence solutions. * Practical experience with generative AI, especially with Large Language Models (LLMs). * Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and embedding usage. * Experience integrating LLM APIs and AI tools. * Familiarity with vector databases and information retrieval strategies. * Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments. * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and technical communication. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** * Experience with Agentic RAG and multi-agent systems. * Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar. * Experience with MLOps, versioning, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions. * Experience with fine-tuning and evaluation of language models. * Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Participation in innovation projects, applied research, or open-source initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and enhance generative AI solutions using Python and LLMs. * Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. * Build and optimize data processing, embedding, and information retrieval pipelines. * Integrate language models into internal and external systems via APIs. * Orchestrate AI agents and intelligent decision-making workflows. * Ensure quality, security, and governance of developed solutions. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver value. * Document solutions, best practices, and technical decisions. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Health and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with national and/or international clients and/or projects, opportunity for international career mobility.
