Client Expert IV Country: Brazil **Expert IV – Agribusiness Market & Products** **Your role here will be:** To strategically manage and evolve financial solutions focused on agribusiness, contributing to product portfolio development, regulatory analysis, socio-environmental risk management, and identification of new business opportunities in the sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the management and development of the agro product portfolio, including Rural Credit, Rural Product Warrants (CPR), Agribusiness Credit Rights Certificates (CDCA), and Refin Agro. * Conduct regulatory analyses and promote implementation of regulatory changes related to agribusiness and the financial system. * Respond to audits and regulatory agency requests, coordinating technical responses and leading action plans to ensure compliance and strengthen area controls. * Address socio-environmental risks associated with rural properties involved in the institution’s operations. * Support initiatives related to the agro portfolio sustainability and decarbonization agenda, including carbon emissions measurement and development of strategies aligned with institutional commitments. * Prepare studies, analyses, and executive materials supporting leadership decision-making. * Collaborate with internal areas such as Risk, Legal, Operations, Sustainability, and Compliance to enhance solutions. * Support monitoring of area indicators, initiatives, and processes. **Essential Qualifications for This Role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Completed postgraduate degree in areas related to financial markets, agribusiness, strategy, innovation, sustainability, or ESG. * Experience with financial products (minimum 5 years preferred), preferably focused on agribusiness. * Knowledge of financial system regulation and/or agribusiness-related regulations. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Critical thinking, organization, multitasking ability, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and ability to handle complex and regulatory topics. * Problem-solving ability, applying logical and structured approaches to scenario analysis and decision-making. * Holistic business vision, connecting regulatory, financial, operational, and strategic aspects. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of international financial operations, including foreign trade, derivatives, and foreign currency transactions. * Knowledge of sustainability, decarbonization, and carbon emissions measurement in the agribusiness sector. * CPA 20\. * Advanced English/Spanish.
