Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to serve as the technical pillar, combining expertise in architecture, backend development, and DevOps/SRE to shape the future of the platform. Backend development and cloud infrastructure management We seek a versatile and experienced professional who will serve as the platform’s technical pillar, combining expertise in solution architecture, backend development, and DevOps/SRE. You will be responsible for implementing critical backend components and building cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices. This is a hands\-on role where you will work directly with code, infrastructure, and architectural decisions that will shape the platform’s future. RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Architecture Define / evolve the platform's technical architecture Make technology stack, design pattern, and integration decisions Design scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams Evaluate trade\-offs among cost, performance, and resilience Define caching strategies, queues, retry policies, and circuit breakers. Backend Development Implement REST APIs (Spring Boot / Java) for integration with POS terminals Develop adapters for acquirer integration Implement integrations with legacy systems (REST, SOAP, SFTP) Develop complex business logic (fee, tariff, commission, installment calculations) Implement workers for asynchronous processing (queues) Ensure quality through testing (unit and integration tests) Implement resilience patterns (fallback, retry, circuit breaker) DevOps / Infrastructure / SRE Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (App Runner, RDS, ElastiCache, SQS, etc.) Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ECR, App Runner) Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) Configure observability (CloudWatch, X\-Ray, alerts, dashboards) Manage secrets and credentials (AWS Secrets Manager) Implement security practices (WAF, Security Groups, IAM, IP whitelisting) Optimize AWS infrastructure costs Define deployment, rollback, and disaster recovery strategies REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Technical Experience 5\+ years of software development experience 3\+ years with Java (Java 11\+ required; Java 17\+ preferred) 2\+ years with Spring Boot (Spring Web, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security) 2\+ years with AWS (practical experience with managed services) Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience with containerization (Docker, ECR, registries) Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar) Knowledge of REST APIs (design, versioning, documentation)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Technical Experience 5\+ years of software development experience 3\+ years with Java (Java 11\+ required; Java 17\+ preferred) 2\+ years with Spring Boot (Spring Web, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security) 2\+ years with AWS (practical experience with managed services) Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience with containerization (Docker, ECR, registries) Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar) Knowledge of REST APIs (design, versioning, documentation).
