Our mission is to be a reference in using data to identify business opportunities that ensure customer satisfaction and drive sustainable results. We are a cross-functional area operating between product teams and tribes within the Digital Business BU’s Product structure. We support various product teams—including Individual Credit, Pix, Invest Fácil, DaV, Savings Accounts, Accounts and Fees, Individual Foreign Exchange—among others, in multiple ways. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Science Manager, you will manage the Analytics team within the Digital Business Products Directorate, and your main responsibilities will include: * Identifying bottlenecks and proposing product improvements; * Validating hypotheses and prioritizing the product backlog; * Conducting predictive analyses to anticipate trends; * Evaluating product lifecycle and repositioning it if necessary; * Supporting product offering strategy and alignment with Tribal OKRs; * Enhancing user experience to increase loyalty and profitability. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in segmentation and data analysis; * Knowledge of modeling techniques, machine learning, or other Artificial Intelligence techniques; * Experience in digital product projects; * Familiarity with agile methodologies; * Experience managing high-performance teams. It’s a plus if you have: * Postgraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Banking, or related areas; * Experience with service-oriented products, such as account opening, Pix, and/or investments.
