Job Summary: Billing Supervisor to coordinate the team, ensure correct issuance of invoices and related documents, and optimize processes in Jundiaí, SP. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of improvements and team development. **Position: Billing Supervisor** **Location:** Jundiaí, SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48\. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the billing team, ensuring correct issuance of invoices and related documents; * Ensure compliance with tax, fiscal regulations and internal company policies; * Monitor billing deadlines and guarantee data accuracy; * Review reports, identify inconsistencies, and propose improvements; * Resolve billing-related issues with customers and other departments; * Monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs); * Implement process improvements and automation; * Train and develop the team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in billing and team leadership; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, SENIOR); * Advanced Excel skills; * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in a related field; * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; * Knowledge of process automation. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance: R$ 300.00\. * On-site cafeteria.
