Because the concrete reality of life isn’t who we are now, but who we can still become. **About the Position:** We have an opportunity for you to work as an Engineering Assistant (Technical Support)! **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Accompanying technical inspections with customers to identify and diagnose problems or needs; * Optimizing the technical visit schedule, prioritizing service requests based on urgency and complexity; * Organizing the department’s schedule, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to established deadlines; * Entering data into the system used; * Monitoring repair execution to ensure service quality and effectiveness; * Establishing and maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with customers throughout the entire technical support process; * Maintaining records of technical support activities, including progress reports, costs, and materials used. **What You Need to Succeed at Longi?** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward). * Prior experience on construction sites or post-construction work is desirable; * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are a plus; * Availability to work in Sorocaba-SP; **And last but not least: What Do We Offer?** Health and Well-being: iFood card, nationwide medical insurance plan, Gympass, and life insurance.
