Overview We seek a Database Administrator (DBA) with a hands\-on profile, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to act as a technical reference for data within a development squad. This professional will be responsible for the full data management lifecycle, directly engaging in the modernization of legacy systems to a microservices architecture, while handling multiple databases and technologies simultaneously. They must not only ensure operational stability but also actively drive the evolution of the data architecture, guaranteeing performance, integrity, traceability, and scalability. ???? Responsibilities * Serve as the technical owner of the data layer within the squad * Design, evolve, and maintain data structures in hybrid environments (legacy \+ new) * Lead and execute data migrations across technologies (e.g., SQL Server ?
