Position: Data Quality Analyst Key Responsibilities Monitor the entire parcel service process to ensure service quality and track incidents (damages, losses, and delays), guaranteeing end-to-end cycle management; Develop, implement, and optimize quality control standards, and issue periodic reports containing analyses and improvement proposals; Handle customer complaints and feedback, collaborating with internal departments (operations, sorting, and branches) to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction; Conduct training sessions and supervise quality practices across branches and staff, ensuring compliance with established standards; Serve as the liaison with regulatory bodies, supporting audits and organizing quality-related documentation. Mandatory Requirements Completed bachelor’s degree; Experience in quality control or operational management, preferably within the logistics or delivery sector; Familiarity with the operational workflow of delivery services; Proficiency with quality control tools and methodologies; Strong analytical capability and ability to identify root causes of problems; Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, and data analysis); Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite tools.
