




Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior level professional to work with Data/AWS, developing scalable pipelines, implementing data solutions, and collaborating with business and data science teams. Application of DevOps practices and assurance of data governance. **What We’re Looking For:** A Mid-to-Senior level professional experienced in **(Data/AWS).** **Responsibilities:** * Develop backend Python components with mastery; * Design and develop scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and Step Functions; * Implement data ingestion, transformation, and modeling solutions focused on high performance and security; * Collaborate with business and data science teams to translate requirements into efficient technical solutions; * Monitor, optimize, and ensure data quality across pipelines and systems; * Apply DevOps practices to data solutions, using CI/CD and automation; * Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices for data governance. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in S3 buckets with Parquet files is mandatory; * Proficiency in PySpark, SparkSQL, and Glue is mandatory; * Advanced experience with AWS and its core data engineering services (S3, Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB, Athena, etc.); * Strong command of programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, processing, and backend development; * Knowledge of data orchestration tools, including Step Functions; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB); * Familiarity with AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, data encryption); * Experience with data streaming solutions (Kafka, Kinesis); * Knowledge of version control and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or CodePipeline. **Nice-to-Have:** * AWS Certified Data Analytics or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a candidate who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues excellence in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
