As a Construction Projects Analyst II - Architecture (Project Development), your challenges will include: Developing executive architectural projects focused on construction and renovation works Performing multidisciplinary coordination (architecture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, among others) Applying BIM methodology in project development and review Creating and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Producing 3D models and images to support project visualization and validation Ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour break. **Essential requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning Prior experience in developing executive projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and solid knowledge of Revit (BIM) Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination Willingness to work 100% on-site **Desirable qualifications:** Specialization in projects or related fields.
