Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Execute accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations via ERP postings, document verification, and closing checklists to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments/receipts. * Organize accountability dossiers by collecting invoices, contracts, evidence, and delivery records to support compliance and audits. * Monitor and analyze the budgeting cycle—establishing targets, assumptions, and policies—to align resources with Group and Social Organizations’ strategies. * Establish and audit internal controls and risk matrices, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), segregation of duties, and audit trails to mitigate fraud, losses, and liabilities. * Lead internal/external audit processes and sponsor/regulatory body inquiries, coordinating evidence submission and addressing recommendations to reinforce governance. * Optimize working capital and financial efficiency by negotiating terms/conditions, planning cash flow, and automating routines in ERP/BI systems to strengthen sustainability and transparency. * Develop and monitor project/equipment budgets, structuring scenarios, analyzing variances, and recommending adjustments to maintain cost, schedule, and scope. * Consolidate management income statements (DREs) and executive reports, interpreting KPIs and flagging risks/opportunities to support decision-making. * Manage service and supplier contracts—including SLA agreements, delivery validation, and change order control—to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational continuity. * Conduct accountability reporting—reviewing eligibility criteria and submitting reports—to guarantee compliance and release of funds. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Public Management, or related fields. * Experience in budget planning and control (annual/multi-year, CAPEX/OPEX, cost centers), including scenario building and monitoring execution, variances, and margins. * Knowledge of financial-accounting routine management. * Ability to prepare management reports and project/equipment DREs, consolidating KPIs and supporting executive decisions. * Experience conducting accountability reporting and compliance for cultural projects—including dossier organization, evidence collection, and audit trail maintenance. * Capacity to monitor contracts and suppliers. * Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance, with interaction experience across Legal, Accounting, and Audit departments. * Competence in designing internal controls and risk matrices. * Proficiency in BI tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Looker) and ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or similar). * Ability to support fundraising, partnership agreements, and public calls for proposals. **What will be considered a differentiator:** * Minimum 3 years’ total experience in administrative-financial routines, including at least 1 year in budgetary control, contract management, and accountability reporting (preferably in cultural projects or the third sector). **Additional information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
