Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling the compost yard, managing material inflow and outflow, the composting process, and heavy machinery maintenance, with a focus on resource optimization and environmental impact reduction. Accordingly, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane-energy mill sites. Thus, the person assuming this position will be responsible for controlling the filter cake and soot compost yard at the Tupaciguara\-MG unit. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Control of organic material (filter cake and soot) inflow and outflow at the yard; \- Control of assisted composting process and filter cake quality; \- Guidance and training of the operational team regarding activities to be performed at the yard; \- Preparation of reports on yard activities; \- Monitoring of operational conditions of heavy machinery (front-end loader, dump truck, and tractor) at the yard and factory, tracking check\-lists and requesting preventive and corrective maintenance from service providers; \- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the yard and external factory areas, including guidance to the landscaping team; \- Performing other duties pertinent to the position, as requested by management. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** *Required Qualifications* \- Completed high school education; \- Experience operating heavy machinery; \- Experience assembling and operating spreadsheets and reports; \- Driver's License Category B *Preferred Qualifications* \- Technical or university degree; \- Experience in the fertilizer or composting industry; \- Driver's License Category D; \- Experience maintaining heavy machinery; \- Prior knowledge of Sankhya ERP system; *Skills* \- Discipline and commitment; \- Strong interpersonal skills; \- Effective verbal and written communication; \- Execution-oriented profile **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, with one monthly Saturday off, combined with Sunday, according to schedule. **Working Hours:** **\-** 07:30 \- 11:30 / 12:40 \- 16:00 (1st Shift) **Benefits:** \- Meal Voucher \- On-site Meals \- Transportation Allowance / Shuttle Bus (No employee deduction) \- Medical Assistance \- Dental Assistance \- Life Insurance \- Profit-Sharing Program (Per company policy) \- Attendance Bonus \_ Basic Food Basket (Per company policy) \- Referral Bonus (Per company policy) \- Birthday Bonus \- University Partnership (Discounts on courses and degree programs) **Work Location:** Tupaciguara/MG Factory (Company provides free transportation for employees from Uberlândia/MG.)
