




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for attendance tracking, document organization, supporting data collection efforts, and maintaining up-to-date administrative controls. Key Highlights: 1. General administrative support and document control 2. Management of physical and virtual access 3. Operational team support and system data updates • Monitor employee attendance record completion • Receive, organize, and control time sheets • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and monitor the release of physical access permissions • Request and monitor the creation of virtual access permissions • Receive and dispatch document mailbags • Sort and organize uniforms and PPE for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data collection and mapping activities • Maintain updated departmental records: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime hours, vacation schedules, etc. • Provide additional administrative support as needed • Fulfill data collection requests from the Analyst • Assist the operational team in addressing incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules • Request password resets for Conbras staff (Client interface) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (Client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Allowance (VA) * Meal Voucher (VR) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Medical and Dental Assistance
