The monitoring intern is responsible for supporting students' learning in the classroom, integrating theory with practice, facilitating student understanding, making the learning process much more meaningful and enjoyable, always in alignment with the Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values based on those of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of Saint Charles Borromeo Scalabrinians. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist the teacher in attending to students during classroom activities and other areas of the school. * Support and accompany students in all their needs, individually assisting students with special needs; * Accompany and assist students: during snack time, specialized activities, recreation, hygiene and cleaning, going up and down stairs, and during recess. * Assist during student recess. * Organize and supervise the drive-thru (traffic flow during student arrivals and departures at school). * Conduct extracurricular activities for students. Attend to management, parents, and students whenever necessary. * Assist students’ movement throughout the school facilities. * Assist at the school reception, greet students and their guardians, and guide them through the school facilities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing a degree in pedagogy or education-related fields is desirable. * Essential to have an affinity with student care and education, respecting each student's individuality, warmly welcoming each child according to their specific needs. * Basic knowledge of using technological resources in teaching. **Additional information** Founded in 1962, AESC originates from the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of Saint Charles Borromeo—Scalabrinians, present in Rio Grande do Sul since 1915, who established themselves here with the purpose of welcoming and caring for, in particular, migrants vulnerable in their socioeconomic and cultural conditions, both from their countries and places of origin.
