**Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform advanced fault diagnosis on Acciona AW3000 turbines, focusing on power converters, PLCs, and hydraulic systems;
* Identify and correct faults in generators, transformers, and electrical protection systems;
* Analyze intermittent electrical faults and recurring events by applying advanced troubleshooting techniques using electrical diagrams;
* Analyze faults in sensors, circuit breakers, contactors, digital and analog inputs and outputs;
* Analyze faults in IGBT drivers, DC busbars, and electrical anomalies (overcurrent, undervoltage...);
* Solid experience in troubleshooting using diagrams and analysis software;
* Analysis and programming of industrial PLCs used in the turbine;
* Diagnose and repair communication faults between DCBus modules, PLCs, and sensors;
* Configure and calibrate communication protocols and data acquisition;
* Experience with SCADA and wind turbine monitoring software;
* Analyze monitoring system variables, interpret trends, and take corrective actions based on collected data;
* Ability to correlate electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic parameters to identify impending failures;
* Identify faults in hydraulic valves, actuators, and pressure pumps;
* Perform pressure loss analysis in hydraulic circuits and faults in proportional valves;
* Inspect and calibrate pitch system pressure and control sensors;
* Diagnose thermal, dielectric, and electrical faults in generators and transformers;
* Monitor temperature, vibration, and insulation parameters to predict premature failures;
* Analyze efficiency losses and current and voltage oscillations in the turbine.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and diagnosis of Acciona AW3000 turbines;
* Strong knowledge of Ingeteam power converters, including module and controller faults;
* Experience in programming and fault analysis of industrial PLCs;
* Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, including pitch actuators and pressure control;
* Diagnosis and maintenance of generators and transformers, with emphasis on electrical and thermal faults;
* Experience with SCADA and wind turbine monitoring and diagnostic software;
* Ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and electronic diagrams;
* Experience with CMS (Condition Monitoring System) and vibration analysis;
* Knowledge in power quality and harmonics analysis in electrical systems;
* Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and control system integration;
* Technical degree in electrotechnics/electronics/Electromechanics.
**Interpretation of Diagrams and Technical Tools:**
* Excellent knowledge and interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams of Acciona AW3000 turbines.
* Advanced skills in using electrical tools such as oscilloscopes, power quality analyzers, advanced multimeters, and insulation testers.
* Good experience with Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for technical report writing and presentations.
* Ability to structure detailed technical analyses and failure reports for continuous improvement.
