Job Responsibilities: * Design and build medium-sized applications on the ServiceNow platform, including tables, relationships, Catalog, Workspaces, and process modeling using Process Automation Designer and Playbooks. * Develop automations using Flow Designer (flows, subflows, actions), decision policies, and integrations via IntegrationHub Spokes (e.g., Slack, Jira, AD). * Implement and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Transform Maps, data governance and security, as well as MID Server usage when required. * Support and operate the instance: health checks, participation in upgrades, incident resolution (P1/P2\), execution of regression/ATF tests, and hypercare support post go-live. * Ensure governance and maintenance of technical and functional documentation (how-to guides, specifications, test evidence), following NowCreate standards. * Support functional teams and stakeholders (PO/EM) through clear communication, contributing to workshops, refinements, and sprint reviews. * Independently manage end-to-end deliveries: technical design, development, testing, documentation, and support. * Incorporate Now Platform AI agents (AI Agent Studio, Orchestrator, Control Tower) where applicable to corporate use cases. * Apply continuous improvement/DevOps practices: observability, logging, monitoring, error handling, recurrence prevention, and technical debt management. Technical Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT (Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields). Proven experience in low-code and pro-code development on AppEngine, covering app construction, workflows, integrations, and corporate instance support. Service Portal/Workspaces, UI Builder/Now Experience. Process Automation Designer, Playbooks. Flow Designer: modeling with flows, subflows, actions, and IntegrationHub. Development and maintenance of REST/SOAP integrations. MID Server usage. Configuration of Transform Maps, authentication, and security (SSO, ACLs). Participation in upgrades. Health checks and environment governance (DEV/QA/PROD). Standardized technical and functional documentation. Familiarity with Now Platform AI capabilities: AI Agent Studio, Orchestrator, Control Tower. Ability to integrate AI into apps for intelligent automation and triage.
