We are seeking an **Assembler** with a profile that is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, who works with a focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend daily safety meetings; * Receive instructions regarding the task to be performed; * Participate in task analysis according to drawings and project specifications, where applicable; * Verify availability of materials and tools; * Use a cutting torch for non-precision cutting (disassembly); * Perform dimensional inspection of components; * Assemble/disassemble metallic structures and scaffolding; * Assist in related tasks; * Request and return materials or tools from the central warehouse; * Support multidisciplinary teams in developing task-specific risk assessments; * Verify whether assistants are performing tasks correctly; * Collect materials from the site, dispose of scrap according to instructions, store tools at the site and/or return them to the internal warehouse; * Operate aerial work platforms; * Identify equipment under maintenance using labels to prevent usage; * Interpret and verify project documentation relevant to the role; * Carry out housekeeping, organization, cleaning, 5S activities, assist warehouse, SESMT, and administrative teams, distribute PPE, and file documents; * Comply with company and client procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Administration, observe defined responsibilities therein, and maintain records per the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Coffee Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
