Job Summary: This professional will develop and monitor performance indicators, conduct result analysis and profitability simulations, and participate in the annual budgeting process. Participate in the annual budgeting process Responsibilities: Develop and monitor performance indicators relevant to cost management; ✓ Develop result analyses, generating managerial reports to support the company's decision-making process; ✓ Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), developing improvement plans; ✓ Conduct profitability simulations for sales negotiations, by customer, product, region, etc.; ✓ Prepare cost center/project control reports; ✓ Continuously monitor departmental costs/expenses and identify deviations for containment; ✓ Analyze account classifications, cost centers, account types, and allocations to ensure correct assignment; ✓ Prepare managerial reports and present results; ✓ Participate in the annual budgeting process, supporting business areas in data modeling and other responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; ✓ Knowledge of cost accounting, budgetary management, and indicator development; ✓ Intermediate Excel proficiency. ✓ Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management (preferred).
