Job Summary: A professional to operate backhoe loaders with precision and safety, ensuring efficient execution of excavation, soil handling, and operational support on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Operate backhoe loaders for excavation and material handling. 2. Perform earthmoving and soil preparation according to technical guidelines. 3. Contribute to the efficient progress of construction project phases. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring precise and safe execution of excavation, soil handling, and operational support tasks to contribute to the efficient progress of construction project phases. * Operating the backhoe loader for excavation, trench digging, and removal and transportation of materials. * Performing earthmoving, leveling, and soil preparation in accordance with technical guidelines. * Daily inspection of equipment conditions (fuel, oil, water, tires, and hydraulic systems). * Performing minor preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and equipment cleaning. * Safely parking, positioning, and maneuvering the backhoe loader on site. * Assisting in loading and unloading materials using the boom and bucket. * Signaling the operational area to ensure the safety of colleagues and third parties. * Following operation plans, load limits, and instructions from supervisors or responsible engineers. * Completing daily equipment usage reports and logs. * Maintaining the machine in good condition and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Backhoe Loader Operator training course (NR-11 or equivalent). * Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle category. * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery mechanics and maintenance. * Ability to read levels, alignment markers, and basic technical references. * Safety procedures for operating heavy machinery. * Familiarity with operating on uneven terrain and performing high-risk maneuvers. **Why work at Engemon?** Working at Engemon means joining a company with a rich history, tackling a diverse range of stimulating projects, accessing opportunities for personal development, becoming part of an organizational culture that values collaboration, health, and well-being, and contributing to projects that generate positive impacts.
