Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating forklifts and pallet jacks, performing unloading, handling, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse, as well as supporting various operational and organizational activities. Support in Receiving and Shipping Processes **Responsibilities:** * Unload palletized and heavy-weight merchandise using a forklift from trailers to receiving bays, aiming for efficiency and safety in the process. * Use a pallet jack to move unloaded merchandise from receiving bays or external areas into the warehouse at designated storage locations to ensure proper warehousing. * Verify storage addresses for each item using identification equipment and cargo labels to initiate product organization with the forklift. * Organize pallets appropriately using the forklift to maximize durability and accessibility. * Assist in entering received merchandise invoices into the system to maintain accurate inbound inventory control. * Support unloading merchandise using a pallet jack, moving goods from vehicles to warehouse bays to expedite operational tasks. * Assist in order picking according to the picking map, directing loads to destination bays for shipping execution. * Help maintain cleanliness and organization of internal and external warehouse areas to ensure a clean and orderly environment. * Deliver high-quality customer service in accordance with company standards. * Comply with company occupational safety regulations, using required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment, safeguarding one's own physical integrity and that of all colleagues. * Adhere to company policies and procedures, consulting them whenever necessary to ensure work quality expected by internal and external customers. * Perform related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements**: Completed High School Education. **NR-11 certification required for Electric Reach and Counterbalanced Forklift Operators.** **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary**: R$2\.673,17 **Benefits**: On-site meal, Transportation Allowance, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Day-off, and Sólides Academy. **Location**: Rua África do Sul 2280, Padre Mathias \- Cariacica, ES Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$2\.673,17 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * High school diploma (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
