We offer consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Provide Level 2 (on-site / remote) support and assistance for incidents and service requests assigned to your support queue. Support off-the-shelf software, common basic applications, corporate systems, and IT equipment. Evaluate incoming tickets, reclassify them when necessary, and proactively assume ownership of those within your responsibility. Investigate, diagnose, and test solutions before involving the end user. Install and configure ATHENA-approved images on devices (Windows 10 or later). Provide technical and operational support for Windows 10 or later operating systems. Assemble, maintain, and configure computers. Perform tasks typical of a Support Technician role. Position based in Colatina / ES. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Incomplete technical education required; relevant experience mandatory. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,700.00 * Benefits disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) – On-site. * Duration: Full-time * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
