E-commerce Registration Assistant

**Job Description:** We are seeking an organized, analytical, and quality-oriented professional to serve as an E\-commerce Registration Assistant. This person will be responsible for managing, updating, and validating product, customer, supplier, and representative registrations, ensuring data integrity across the company's systems and platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** Register, update, and maintain products on e\-commerce platforms, internal systems, and other interfaces; Enter and review information such as descriptions, images, categories, prices, dimensions, and technical specifications; Ensure standardization, quality, and consistency of registered information; Register and update customers, suppliers, and commercial representatives; Register reseller products, services, and other materials; Update registration data and documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and customer segmentation; Process registration and update requests on the Mil Compras platform; Correct inconsistencies and perform necessary registration changes; Monitor orders blocked due to documentary pending items and contact customers directly; Provide support via phone, WhatsApp, and Teams to representatives, customers, and internal teams; Support e\-commerce promotional campaigns, banners, and storefronts; Conduct inventory, pricing, and product data verification; Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, and Registration departments; Monitor reports of expired documents (CVD) and follow up on document updates; Execute bulk registration tasks using RPA; Comply with internal procedures and support additional departmental tasks as directed by leadership. **Benefits and Opportunities:** TotalPass; Life insurance; Birthday leave; Workplace gymnastics; Multivix agreement; Medical assistance; Pharmacy agreement; Dental assistance; Meal or food allowance; Transportation allowance or fuel allowance.
