We are looking for an **Industrial Painter** who is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, and who works with a focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in representing PLAMONT. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Issue the FAMO record – Labor Allocation Sheet; * Attend daily safety meetings; * Review the service schedule; * Verify whether materials and tools are available for task execution; if not, request them from management * immediately; * Attend daily safety meetings; * Have knowledge of handling liquids and flammable substances; * Perform industrial painting; * Clean tools with solvent after use; * Understand metal surface treatment levels (as specified by the client), applied via * mechanical cleaning; * Monitor and control storage of paints, liquids, and flammable substances; * Manage materials, tools, and equipment used, returning them to the warehouse after use as required; * Perform housekeeping, organization, cleaning, 5S activities, assist warehouse, SESMT, * administrative tasks, deliver PPEs, and file documents; * Comply with company and client procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Administration, * observing responsibilities defined therein, and maintain records as established in the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan; * Partnerships with universities and other partners, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
