




**WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM (alternating Saturdays and Sundays) **Responsibilities:** * Generate the Tasy system daily report on examination schedules and verify pending authorizations; * Access health insurance provider websites to request authorizations; if necessary, contact patients to request documents such as health insurance cards and examination request forms; * Access the Tasy system, enter the authorization number in the patient’s scheduling “password” field, and update the patient’s status; * Guide patients in cases of denied authorizations; * Review the next day’s schedule daily to ensure no examinations remain pending authorization; * Report possible scheduling errors to coordination; * Record authorization information and status in the Tasy system; * Ensure prompt delivery of authorized request forms to the responsible departments; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields (preferred); * Computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems (Tasy); * Experience in analyzing examination request forms and procedure authorizations is preferred.
