Driven by major challenges, we have developed a platform to simplify control and optimize management—from initial stages through to project completion. **// General Responsibilities:** * **Surface sanding**: Sand walls, floors, and other surfaces made of concrete, masonry, plaster, or gypsum to achieve smoothness and readiness for painting, cladding, or other finishes. * **Preparation for finishing**: Prepare surfaces for subsequent construction phases, such as paint application, mortar, or other finishing materials. * **Proper use of tools**: Operate electric sanders, grinders, and manual tools to ensure uniform, defect-free finishes. * **Quality control**: Inspect completed work to identify potential flaws—such as holes, cracks, or irregularities—and correct them before final finishing. * **Worksite cleaning**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing dust residues, material scraps, and ensuring the site remains safe for other construction professionals. * **Workplace safety**: Correctly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including dust masks, gloves, safety goggles, and hearing protection, to ensure personal safety during sanding operations. **// Required Qualifications:** * Do you have experience in this role? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you reside in Serra or the surrounding area?
