**Responsibilities and duties**
Bradesco's Branch Network is the main point of contact with our customers across Brazil. **What will your day be like?**
As a Business and Services Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing differentiated service that delights current and potential customers, promoting loyalty, strengthening the relationship with the bank, and driving results;
* Supporting Account and Relationship Managers, contributing to service excellence;
* Assisting Administrative Management in commercial and administrative customer service activities at the branch;
* Supervising and monitoring service execution, ensuring compliance with organizational rules, guidelines, and procedures.
**Requirements and qualifications**
What do you need to have or know?
* Completed or ongoing higher education;
* CPA\-10 certification or higher;
* Previous experience in financial institutions, the financial market, and/or commercial areas, with a focus on relationship and business development.
It will be an advantage if you have:
* CPA\-20 certification or higher;
* Customer service channels;
* Administrative services;
* Business and performance management;
* Report preparation and analysis;
* Cash operations;
* Products and services;
* Experience in innovation.
